The Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) will be available 24x7 starting from 17 August 2011 on 1 800 103 7383.

Phone support availability:
Registration Phase: 17 August – 4 October 2011, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.
Pre-testing window: 5 October – 21 October 2011, 9:00AM to 6:00 PM from Mondays to Saturdays.
Testing window: 22 October – 18 November 2011, 8:00AM to 7:00PM daily
Post-testing window: 19 November 2011 – 31 January 2012, 9:00AM to 6:00pm Mondays to Fridays.
