Charles Kernan, Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer for Prometric, Charlie oversees all Global Channel and Candidate Services as well as the International Client Services and Sales organization. Prior to this, he held the position of Senior Vice President & General Manager, Global Operations. He joined Prometric in August of 1997 as Director, International Development and has held a series of increasingly significant roles with the company. Before joining Prometric, Charlie was employed by American Airlines where he developed and managed airline alliances in the Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Charlie graduated from Connecticut College with a degree in political science and economics. He also received an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
