Kewin joined Prometric in January of 2008 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. In his role he is responsible for all aspects of Prometric global people programs and processes, including payroll, benefits, human resources information systems, compensation, performance management and people development.
Kewin brings a diverse professional background and skill set to his new role at Prometric. He was most recently the Vice President for HR, Individual Business for the retail insurance business at MetLife, Inc. where he lead the Human Resources team that supported over 20,000 MetLife Sales Associates and employees. Prior to that, Kewin was Chief Human Resources Officer for ACE INA holdings, another large insurance company where he was instrumental in realigning US operations into nine distinct regions to improve operations and sales focus. Early in his career Kewin held a number of executive HR positions within Unisys Corporation where he managed HR programs for a large technology and engineering focused employee base.
Kewin holds a BS from Indiana University, and a Juris Doctorate from Temple University School of Law.
